I was just curious about something, i know sbr sells the sleeper 20g in the form of a td05 housing and such, but could i take a 20g comp wheel and comp housing and bolt it right on to my 16g w/ out any ill effects (besides slow spool)?

Not really, the compressor cover must be machined to fit the larger 20g wheel. There may be some other details that have to be worked out also, but that is the main one I'm aware of.
