Hub swapping

Ok, so here's my situation.

I'm purchasing a shell that had it's 5 lug hubs pirated for use on a GVR4, so it currently has the 4 lug hubs and tires. I have another shell that is getting parted/junked, and it has the 5 lug still.

My question is; what all do I need to put aside from the junk shell to swap the new shell back to 5 lug?

Searching didn't yield much, just a vague 'how-to' on GVR4.org.

So far I know I'll need the:
-front hubs
-rear spindles
-brake discs

Anything else? Can the calipers stay?

I'm not quite sure if I know what you mean. What do you need? One car is a stock DSM, one is a DSM the 4 lug suspension from a GVR4.
