Hrc Stage 1 Start Up And Bov

Ok everybody i need some advice as well as help now the turbo is on down pipe is on all air pipes exhaust, manifold,turbo,downpipe,pipe from turbo to intake manifold, all air stuff is done as well as oil system, but just don fuel system, now all i have to do is the fuel system and bov, can somebody describe to me how to install the bov its the stock hrc stage 1 i lost the instructions but i still have the fuel system instructions, does the bov clamb to that half dollar size hole thats on that pipe that goes from the turbo to the intake manifold, and what else hooks up to it please help, and after that gets hooked up then would it be ok to start the car just for a few secinds just to make sure it still idles and just because i am anxious i dont plan on driving it i just want to hear her start up or is that a bad isea since i dont have the fuel system hooked up, would i damage anything, all i wanted to do was start it for like 3 seconds or should i not, thanks

I dont know where yours will be i have the star but the bov needs to be right before you get to the vaccum or intake man. If that helps.
