Ill tell you my short sad story real fast and maybe someone will feel real sorry 4 me and help well where i live we have a program called work realease its for people in jail it gives them the chance to go to work while they are in jail well my dads in that program for drinking and driving and hes is only aloud to be home for 1 hour everyday or he violates his work realease, now i got my turbo kit over 3 months ago and he only worked on it for maybe 15 to 30 minutes every couple days, so no my car is still not done but everything is on and ready to go except the fuel pump and all its componets and the fuel pressure regulator, i am not sure how to install these last 2 items and i know they are some of the most important items for my turbo to boost safely wright now i am at work but i will be on here all day checking for anyone who can help i live 2 miles from my work and i have but no choice but to drive my car and i dont want to with out the fuel system but i have for 2 days now i really want to get the wright fuel system on so i dont hurt anything then ill kick my own ass and waste a lot of money, i havnt boosted the car high yet and i wont untill the wright fuel system is on but i really dont comprehend the instructions i have them i didnt loose them i just dont understand them to well, but i am a good listener so if any one can help describe to me how the hell to hook up the fuel pump or the regulator or both that would be great, and also how can i tell if the turbo is getting oil i am sure it is since i have drove it without problem yet but i would like to know for sure, thanks again :) :dsm: :)

mine is a gs ( the fuel system that was put on the eclipse 1st not the late model but the early model)

the fuel pump is located under inside the car underneath your back seat give me a few minutes and ill get you a picture

the hahn kit that i got you dont even touch the stock pump. all you do is put the new inline one in and wire it up.

But if you want to do it right get a walbro 255 off ebay for like 80$ and just change the stock one right away. Then you dont have to worry about all that rewiring and messing around with fuel lines.

So the walbro is a replacement for stock? Not a supplemental fuel pump?

this is probley the most stupid thing i could say, but do our 97+ cars have fuel filters? if yeah where is it hiding?

Man, it's not all that hard. Just read over the directions a few times and it will make sense. And if you still don't get it call HRC's tech line and they'll walk you thru it (they're good folks). I can tell you this for sure though. DO NOT BOOST THAT CAR EVEN A LITTLE BIT WITHOUT THE FUEL SYSTEM WORKING PROPERLY!!!! Unless of course you enjoy walking. You will blow your motor if your not getting the proper amount of fuel. I'm telling you though, if you read the instructions and follow them to the letter you'll be fine. If I can do it anyone can, you know what I mean. Good luck, I hope things work out for you and your family. :thumb:

k this is a little off topic but Flamineclipse that is a TIGHT car!! those new wheels make that thing look sick!!! nice choice, i like your signiture...
