Ok right now I have a dnp manifold with a 52mm turbo from agp, I have a bone stock awd Tsi 91, with Hks cams 272, the turbo I have hits hard and all but I'm seeing 16psi by 4.5k rpms

Now, my friend is selling me his set up , obx tubular t3 manifold with a t3 hrc super 20g and o2 housing for 300, I'm looking for a turbo that spools faster and get me 400whp on e85

I'm looking to see where this turbo would spool at on a stock 6bolt motor, I have good fuel set up for it

Cool I went ahead and bought the kit, now I gotta swap the kit for my current one, put e85 and tune it, lets see how much I can put down with 1200cc, a 255 walbro and a fuel lab fpr

Edit: I didn't see your profile, I thought you were just going to skip the whole tuning part and throw those injectors in your car LOL. Good luck, do you have any more pictures of your car? It looks really clean!

It's cool Greg , I have dsmlink v3, speed density, pte 1200cc, walbro 255 fuel lab fpr, 3" turbo back exhaust, ets street fmic, and as of right now I have hks 272 cams ,t3dnp manifold with a 52mm turbo, tial vband wastegate and that's pretty much it, but I'm looking for something with a bit faster spool and be able to still brake 400whp

If you text me I can send you pics of my car, I don't know how to post them from my phone LOL

Yessir stock compression on the motor

Your fuel is good but I wouldn't trust that obx manifold for to long. I would look for an upgrade like fp or similar.

Well it's a t3 20g so Fp manifold don't work, and my friend had his set up for over a year with no cracks, and just to be sure he took it to a local fab shop and they went over the welds and it has held great, if you do some research about the obx equal length manifold you'll see that this manifold is actually a great piece, I know obx has bad rep but this one is a very good manifold, Paul has a 67mm turbo using this manifold and he likes it

I run obx parts and they are good but flow wise is what I mean too. I just got a hrc 20g but haven't bolted it up yet. Still waiting on a few things. I would like to see yours dyno'd and see what it puts out. I'm going to run e85 on 10.5 compression.

Bad ass. When I build mine I'm going 9:1 but I have a 6262 for when I build it :) might switch to a 6466, but I want to see what the 20g can do on a stock motor and e85 30psi or so, I'm wondering if I can run it external gated instead of internal

The set up I have is external so you just have to find the right housing to go with it. Since I have the 420a I got it with the log manifold and o2 housing the hrc offers. And a 6262 on 9:1 will be sick, it will definitely throw you back in the seat. Alot of guys make 500-650hp on those with a good set up.

Yeah I got the parts for the built head now I gotta go work like a skate to buy the stuff for the bottom end, yeah I might try the internal wg see what it does, I heard you can upgrade it to a holset wg and hold 28-29 to redline

no body got any input?
