20g questions

Im new to the site and have a question, a friend of mine has a 420a turbo kit that came off his 95 eclipse and he was boosting 15 psi on his stock motor... i knowa 20g is a big turbo and all but he wants to sell me the kit and i want it but how can i get the boost to 7 psi ?? do i just you a boost controller? i dont feel good about running more then 7 on my stock gs

It depends on what spring is in the wastegate, that determines the lowest boost you can run.

Don't do it, 20g is way too big for your car unless you have all the supporting mods. You're much better off running a smaller turbo setup.
