I have almost everything but injectors so far.

Evo 3 16g
Extreme Psi Install Kit
Greddy 24v FMIC
Walbro 255
SAFC II without logger
Boost and A/F not wideband gauages
Hard Up and Lower Innercooler Pipes
o2 with dump
Turbo XS MBC
Stage 4 CC Clutch and Flywheel.

I Still Need 650cc Injectors.

Do I need a FRP????

I wanting to push about 18-20psi on all stock block and head.

What's your reasoning behind going with a Greddy FMIC and not something better?

Yes, with a 255lph pump you'll want an AFPR. No, it's not absolutely necessary, but you should get one.

Why no logger?

I wouldn't get the A/F gauge, but instead get a wideband. You're pretty much wasting your money on the A/F gauge as you can't do anything with it.

I'd say to get a different MBC as I've only heard about headaches with the Turbo XS.

I'm guessing you have all maintenance done? And that you'll be replacing all necessary gaskets, clutch accessories, etc. when installing these items?

Keep in mind that if you intend to run anything bigger than the 650cc injectors that the S-AFC won't be able to control them.

-There are numerous choices for more-efficient intercoolers out there for much less than the cost of that greddy unit.

-Definitely want a boost gauge, stock one is worthless

-Blinky A/F gauge is worthless, get a true wideband and a logger. You will blow shit up without some type of logging capabilities.

-O2 with open dump will be loud as hell and grow annoying on a street car. Your choice though.

-You're better off getting a FPR with that 255 wally you have. Some people have gotten away without one but i'd rather do it right the first time and save the hassle.

I already have everything expect a FPR n injectors. I just need opipions on how to makes this better. im probably going to get a wideband A/F just tihht on money i've had the Obx A/F from beginning LOL.

Well, we've kind of given you hints on how to make it better. Unless you're objected to selling current items to get new/different ones.

definitley. i mean im just looking for best setup with 16g and Safc II. i dont have money for link. but do have a little to play with to improve what i have so far. i mean im not replacing intercooler. but i understand about wideband and MBC.

The others have given some stout advice, I would make a 3rd vote for a wideband. As far as the S-AFC, I pretty much detest them and would recoomend DSM Link V3. What are you going to be logging with?

I would also look into another brand of FMIC, for what you save on not buying a Greddy, you could redirect some of that $$$ to the other items on your list. If I remember right, a Greddy FMIC runs $800-1000 depending on the shop. While I don't like Ebay parts, the SSAC FMIC seems to be working quite well and costs like $300. That frees up enough cash to accomplish your other needs. (wideband, AFPR, boost guage, gaskets misc items)

Guys all the parts i've listed are on the car. Expect the 16g n o2 housing n Safc II are in my bedroom.

I would most defiantly get an afpr and not some ebay junk either. Buschur has one that bolts to the stock rail. Is it expensive...yes. Is it a badass unit...for sure. What did u pay for the greddy fmic? I feel, no I know there are much better choices out there. Dave Buschur has tested intercoolers and has some very good info on his forums about that testing. I feel anytime you're tuning a wideband is a must have. Most widebands now have logging software so u are killing 2 birds with one stone. What are you running for exhaust? Any port work?

It really doesn't sound like you have much to work with then. Not much money and not willing to swap parts out.

If you have emissions to worry about, then I would not install the o2 housing, as it'll cause you to fail.

Your ECU can be reflashed, but only about 100 times and then it's dead. It requires a special cable, and has been discussed a good bit on here. Do a search in the Tuning subforum and you should be able to find it.

Other than that, I'm not sure what to tell you. Do you have any goals? What's the plans for the car?

orginally my greddy 24v FMIC setup cost me 450 used.
But im actually replacing my 24v core with a brand new core tomorrow. Only costing 150.00 not even used. im willing to put up $500 for wideband, AFPR, n new MBC ,cause my XS turbo is cheap.

well look around and I am sure u can make it happen. Look for some used stuff. A wideband is going to cost about 250 or so the buschur afpr is 275 thats all prices on new stuff not used and you may be able to find better prices but those are off the top of my head. For MBC I love the hallman units. What are you running for exhaust?

First this is my first upgraded turbo setup. true im not trying have everything 100% but a descent setup. i mean i know kids running 16g's untuned with no fuel upgrades.

-Emissions just done early this month. So i got 2 years of dumping to come LOL.

-now why would flashing be nessacary?

I can understand this is your first upgraded turbo and that people don't need much to run a 16g. But I personally don't see the reason to buy stuff twice (i.e. S-AFC then ECMlink). If you can't afford it now and think you'll outgrow your current mod in question, save up and just upgrade. You'll be kicking yourself after wiring in the S-AFC if you want link in 6 months.

Didn't realize Maryland only did emissions every two years - nice!

Flashing would be necessary if you want to tune your car. If you want to just slap on the 16g, turn up the boost, and drive, then go ahead. But just know that you'll be dumping a lot of fuel in and it won't be running "good" until you get it tuned.

alright thanks.

- Exhaust wise, o2 dump,megan 3in downpipe,cat-less, then N1 catback.

No i would never just throw it on. that why the turbo been in my room for 3 months. and no that i spent $150 on SAFC i just wanna get this bi*** on. i dont wanna push to hard its just this T-25 is boring.

As others have previously stated-I would like to see a full catback exhaust, how can you want to run 18-20psi and have a stock exhaust excluding the o2 with dump? You need to let that engine breathe! :thumb:
