how to tell if im gettin a buscher head

so this guy is parting out a car near me and i just wanna make sure im not gettin ripped off, is there any way to tell if the head im getting is an actual buscher racing head just by looking at it? how to tell the stages if it is. are there gonna be stampings any where? hes letting it go really cheap so im just curious if its actually what he says it is

It should be stamped. Find the stamp, write it down and call buschur to verify it is legit. Next you have to worry about the condition of it.

he had it on a 95 gst but didnt realize putting a 1g head on a 2g was such a pain cause of the cam sensor. so i think its pretty much new. what kind of wear should i look for on it besides bent valves

Scarring on the cam journals and cam caps, any small cracks anywhere especially in the intake and exhaust ports, and make sure the chambers are smooth and there are no gashes near where the headgasket needs to seal.
