How to swap t3/t4 turbo with another

I know most of you are probably laughing at this question,but I never installed or did anything much in this department. I usually pay a mechanic, But now that I'm low on money, I was planning on swapping out my garrett t3/t4 (blue smoke) with a ebay turbo thats been sitting in my garage (same size) myself.

So few sub questions I have are:
1- How difficult of a task is this to perform?
2- Does it require great amount time/expertise?
3-The ebay turbo I have doesn't have a boost nipple,is there an alternative route where i can connect the wastegate hose?

Other than that I would like to know how to go about this. Thank you in advance.

It's really not hard at more..But it can be a pain in the ass...Heres a list of stuff you might need..

basic socket set, with extension, and posssibly wrenches..
A phillips screw driver, and a flat screwdriver
You might need a pry bar..
Jack and jack stands if you have stands,The jack stands just make sure the car will not fall on you, but I have done it with just a jack.I don't really condone doing it with just a jack, but if thats all you got be careful..

I'm not about to watch the videos to se how that guy did it, but it would be good for you to watch it..I would not use an ebay turbo, I would just buy a 14b from someone in the classifieds, but I think you need a j pipe on a 2g..
