how to remove biss screw

i need to replace the biss screw o-ring because i feel air coming from the biss screw when i do a leak down test. my ? is how do i get it all the way out

It's only plastic. If I were you, I'd get a new BISSS and O ring. This way you can just a flat head the crap out of it until it comes out. If you need to preserve it, take two flat heads (both on opposite sides) and gently push it out. REMEMBER to grease the Oring before installing.
