As the title states my HKS bov needs recirculating. It already has the 1" fitting on it, but the diameter of my recirc. tube on the intake pipe is about 1.25-1.5 inches. What could i do to get this recirculated?

What I actually ended up doing was buying a foot of vinyl fiber-reinforced tubing from Home Depot. This was big enough to clamp onto the HKS recirc section. The other end I had to force INTO the inlet pipe of the intake. The outer diameter of the tubing is a perfect fit for this, fitting snugly. The stock recirculation pipe is just too big to fit onto the HKS, which is sad. A picture is worth a thousand words, so just look below to see how I did it. It looks ghetto, but honestly it worked perfectly.

Before I sold my old setup.. I went to lowes with the fitting and picked up a small piece of hose for a dishwasher and used it as a sleeve on top the fitting then it worked perfectly with the stock recirculation hose.:thumb:

This works great. I have a small section of hose over the recirc fitting to bring it up to the I.D. of the recirc hose. Fits great, no problems.

Alright i got a peice of small hose to use as a sleeve and i found that because of where my BOV is mounted that the stock recirculation hose has the wrong bends so back to the hardware store tomorow.
