I am installing my nx nozzle into my upper intercooler pipe. I read the instuctions and I have the piece it say to use. The one where it screws in from the inside of the pipe then the nozzles screws into that. Its says that the surface needs to be close to flat and im not sure if the pipe is to round to use this on. I dont want a boost leak or any problems from it not sealing. How did you guys install you nozzle for the wet kit. Thanks

You may think it's a bit messy but this worked perfict for me. What I did was on the underside where knowone could see I drilled the hole I needed. Then I grinded all around the hole till I had a nice metel surface and I also scuffed up the nozzle right wher it meets the pipe pretty good. Then I took some JB weld and put them together. It worked great and I've never had a problem.

i would drill a small hole there first. put in a bolt and fender (large flat) washer on each side then tighten it down to flatten out that spot on the pipe.

When I did it I actually just drilled and tapped it to 1/8npt and used teflon tape had no leaks
