First off, Simon and I (Rob) are not responsible for damages that occur to your or someone elses vehicle while attempting to do this install. You understand that you are responsible for whatever happens if you install anything incorrectly. It is also assumed that you have SOME knowledge on how to install simple bolt-ons and how to work with tools. And now, the install

Figure 2: Disconnect the sensor plugged into the intake
Figure 3: Disconnect the nipple that is connected on the bottom side of the stock intake hose.
Figure 4: Disconnect the 2 nipples that are on the opposite side of the stock intake hose. There will be 2 adapters inside the hoses, take those out as well but keep em!
Figure 5: Remove the nipple connected to the top of the stock BOV, and loosen the screw clamp so that the stock BOV can be removed. Dont forget to take off the rubber hose that connects the BOV to the intake, keep it handy, youll reconnect it to the injen and the greddy.
Figure 6: Remove the stock BOV, pull up and wiggle it out, dont force it if its kinda stuck, you dont want to break anything. Just continue to wiggle it out. Make sure you cover the intake hose so that debris does not enter in.
Figure 7: Open your air box as if you were going to change your air filter. Take off the top and the filter, and underneath you should see 3 screws. Remove those screws and figure 7 is what you should see. The air box was connected to the intake hose, all you have to do is loosen the clamp to separate the two.

At this point so far, you should have removed the stock BOV, and the air box. Now to remove the plastic intake hose.
Figure 9: Loosen the screw clamp enough to slide off the plastic intake hose. It will be a little oily, but dont worry, its fine. Make sure you cover the turbo so debris does not enter in.
Figure 10: If it didnt come off with the intake, this little extra hose may be connected, slide it off with a flat head if your car is still warm because you will burn your hand trying to get it off. Remove the extra hose.
At this point so far, you have taken out the entire intake hose, air box, and stock BOV.

Figure 12: This is the adapter flange to connect the Greddy Type S to the STOCK upper IC pipe. This piece does NOT come with the Greddy BOV kit, you must buy it separately. I bought mine from DejonTool.com

Figure 14: Insert the GTSBOV into the upper IC hose and connect the nipple to the Greddy BOV as shown at number 1. At number 2 make sure the hose clamp is properly sealed. At number 3 make sure you have inserted the BOV properly so that it sits evenly in the UIP and tighten the screw clamp. At number 4 make sure you re-connect the re-circulation hose that leads back to the intake.

Figure 16: This is the air filter portion of the intake. At number 1 is where you will re-connect the sensor plug. At number 2 is the Carb Sticker, make sure you put it somewhere visible if you dont want to put it where I have mine. At number 3 is the filter itself. At number 4 you see some screws, the filter adapter must be screwed in so the filter will fit. You will see what I mean when you have your own in front of you. At number 5 is the screw clamp, make sure its tightened enough so air wont leak through, but remember not to over tighten, you may damage the filter! Finish the connection of the air filter to the actual pipe and slide the entire intake into place. Make sure when you tighten the screw clamps back onto the turbo that you clamp down evenly or you will have leaks! The intake should now be able to sit by itself.
Figure 17: Now re-connect the hoses to the nipples on the intake. If you dont remember which ones go where, just remember the thicker hose coming from behind your engine goes to the nipple on the left side.
Figure 18: The nipple coming from your valve cover goes to the nipple farthest right.
Figure 19: Re-connect the hose that connects to the nipple on the back side of the intake. It goes to the boost solenoid.
Make sure you have your re-circulation hose reconnected from the BOV to the intake, venting is BAD! Go over all of the areas with screws and clamps to double check everything is tightened and solid. Take your baby out for a test run, dont push it too hard yet, listen first. It WILL sound a lot different then when you were stock, but you shouldnt hear whistling when spooling, idling, or anything. If you hear whistling you have a leak somewhere and something must be re-tightened.
