I've had this really slow battery drain problem before and now even after the rebuild, I don't understand what it could be coming from, I'm pretty sure everything's grounded but I'm not sure how I could check that. Is there anything that shows all the grounding connections in a 2G?

Hey a test light.

Disconnect the negative cables from the battery. Hook one end of the test light to the battery terminal and the other end of the light to the ground cables.

If it lights up, you have a drain. Pull fuses and when the light goeb out you found the circuit pulling current.

so disconnect the negative battery terminals, hook one side to the negative terminal, and the other to different grounding locations?

What if there's no drain at any of the grounding locations?

- post to one end of the test light. Other end of the test light to the ground straps you disconnected.

Where did I even mention hooking up to different ground locations???

If you have no light then you have no drain.

thanks for the help, I used my new test light to test between just the post and ground wires off the car, couldn't find anything. The car has a really slow leak, and the alternator checks out good
