How to adjust BOV

I was wondering on how to adjust my xs rfl bov im getting compressor surge and its not opening up at 5 lbs -_- its the one that looks like this

i heard about adding washers or not tightin or retightin a nut....i dont know exatly where to look. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Closed your other thread. Add washers or remove washers to "adjust".

where do i add the washer? on the top where i connect the VAC house? and if i take off washers does it release the pressure at lower lbs or dosnt release pressure at lower lbs? sorry im a noob when it comes to this xs rfl

Unscrew the top. Add the washers inside. I think turboXS has a website with OEM instruction manuals, too.

Now another question. When at idle and at WOT do i want to here the BOV or no?

ok another problem -_- i just opend my BOV and there were no washers....so meaning its at its lowest it could go?

You hear the blow off valve when you shift and at deceleration.
If there are no washers then that is the lowest pressure on the spring.
Definitely recirculate

Hes a 420a he has a map sensor not a maf so no need to recirc.
