And that would be a wrong conclusion. As I just pointed out above, people do often kill the T25 by "overboosting", and the stuff you quoted supports that possibility.
As for overheating, please do some more reading. Do you know what a compressor map is? It shows where a turbo is most efficient as far as boost levels go. When you go above that boost level (like 16psi on a T25) the turbo just starts heating up the air. This doesn't make a turbo BAD, all turbos blow hot air when you boost them too high. It just means you should get a bigger turbo.
