How much does a stock dsm weigh?

On the side of my car it says Gawr 3700 is that accurate and if so thats to damn heavy! whats a good method of weight reduction?

i belive GAWR is the max weight your vehicle can hold (including it's own weight). Don't quote me on that though. I think a 97 gst weighs about 2800 lbs. AWD's weigh about 200-300 lbs more.
