how much boost on 16g

i have a 92 talon tsi with forged internals, 190 fuel pump, 550 injectors, 2g maf, 3" turbo back with no cat. currently only runnin 11-12 psi and running rich of course... how much psi could i run safely on this set up, it is my DD. i have a safc but not installed and also have a logger that is installed. i was thinking around 16? im going to use the safc to tune it.

Any reason for the forged internals on your daily-driver? Looking at running Nitrous?

Bought it that way. and I thought about running nitrous but heard nothing but bad news about running it.

Did you get paperwork, receipts or anything that shows they really have forged internals? I always think odd it is all these DSM's with "forged internals" and flippin 550 injectors and an FMIC on craigslist. I can't help but wonder if they really have what they say inside the engine when the other mods they have don't even add up. Not saying yours is BS, but hit's hard to know what's really in there.

One thing for sure; you don't have near the fuel system setup for even 300 hp, let alone the 500 HP that your "forged internals" are capable of making.

it made 285 untuned and 312 when tuned only with a safc and yeah it actually does have forged internals, took the head off, and yes it has a 190 fuel pump and yes it does have 550 injectors actually run more like 580's

what would be the next best thing to do after a wide band?

im running 16lbs of boost, and i runs it without any problems
