A little while ago i bought a 93 talon ES and when i bought it it had no oil pressure in the gauge and i knew it was either the gauge or sending unit because there was no knock in the engine. i havent been too worried about it until now becuase i dont have my licencse yet but im gettin them really soon so i figured i should fix everything and i looked at he sending unit by the oil filter and sure enough its not connected but there are 2 wires going down tho it from the wire harness nearby, a blue one and a yellow one but the problem is that theres only one coming off the sending unit and thats yellow and there doesnt appear to be another place for the blue one, what is the blue one and do i even need it?

There should be two senders . One for pressure ( shaped like a bell ) and one for the dummy light . The pressure one is the bell shape . Should hang straight down . The dummy light switch is on the side of oil filter bracket .
