Check this site out, i have done a few cars and would suggest the 3m wrap. even though it is more money it is definitly worth it. For sf wise a 40x5ft roll will cover most 2 door cars.

Re-did the math, I got about 84 sq, ft. for a 1g. which should get the hatch, hood, 2 doors/door skirts.

Suggest you try again.

Car is 170.5 inches long for first gen. Divide that by inches and its 14.20 feet * 3 feet for height to window bottom = 42.5 sq feet just for each side and you want to overlap the panels by about 3-4 inches on each side for the best fit and longevity.

So just the sides without the overlap is 85 sq feet. now you need to add the hatch, hood, bumpers, roof and pillars.

Will quickly add up to about 200 sq feet. Which is the 40x5ft that i previously mentioned
