how hard to replace the engine temp sensor?

anyone know how hard it would be to replace the engine temp sensor? i have plenty of soldering experience, but is there anything i should know about before trying it myself?

i posted here because this is the only forum i saw listed that had anything at all to do with electrical. thanks for the response tho. i have a chiltons manual also

Unscrew, rescrew. A touch of Pematex non-hardening is recommended on the threads for its anti-seize properties. Do not over-thighten.
