Right now i have a HKS SSQV and will be getting a new intercooler + piping, there is a universal flange on the bov now how do i take that off to put the bov on the new piping?

And if anyone has pictures of how its done can you post them, thanks

there's a big circlip that holds the valve onto the flange. You'll need a pair of circlip/snap ring pliers to get it off.

What exactly are you trying to do with the new pipe? Do you have another style flange that will fit the HKS valve?

It sounds like you have an adapter flange that bolts onto a stock dsm bov flange. If your new piping has a flange for the SSQV, remove the snap ring and the bov will come off, then you can install it on the new pipe. If the new pipe has a dsm flange, then unbolt the flange from your current pipe and install it on the new pipe.
