How do you remove the top part of the seat belts up front?

I'm repainting my interior, and I'm trying to pop off the trim that goes around the rear seat windows, but the seat belts for up front are blocking the piece from coming off. How do I remove these? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :D

Easy, insert a screw driver and pop off the cap that is covering it.. Then there's big bolt in there. unsscrew and your off. :)

I just did this to my car and see if I can write it up. I used that fusion Paint (it's supposed to bond to plastic) and it seems to do a good job.
