how do you clean inside/outside of the projector headlight?

Ive heard that if you drill a small hole in the bottom of them that it will keep them from fogging up. Someone correct me if im wrong.

You should be able to put them in the oven and heat them up. That'll soften the glue and allow you to pop the lens off. Then you can clean/wetsand/buff the inside and outside. Then use black RTV to seal it back shut.

Yup. It should be the same as regular headlights. I did this when I got headlights for my 2gb conversion. They were yellow and really dirty. I looked on google for oven times. I think around 230 degrees for maybe 10-15 minutes worked. I don't remember though. Just make sure you get it hot enough so they just pull apart. Sand them with papers all the way up to 2000. How deep the scratches are will tell you how rough you need to start. They will still be foggy, but then use scratchX or some polisher to make them nice and clear. Then use a little silison sealer to seal them back up.

EDIT: Oh ya, drilling a small hole WILL make them fog. That will allow moisture in when it rains then it will collect on the lens. You want the housing to be as air tight as possible.
