It is a T3. Is it as simple as unbolt, rotate and rebolt? If not, please explain. Thanks.

Nope it is just that simple. Just make sure you do not ding up and of the wheels.
 
clocking the turbo is the correct term...dont crank down to hard on them either :dsm:
