i was reading that post just below this on what everyone was seeing in terms of lbs/min on their set ups. how do you actually go by calculating this??? what do i need in order to log such useful information??? thanks guys.

Dataloggers provide such useful information and can be found in a few flavors.

DSMLink is the best because calling it a datalogger is severely downplaying its purpose.

pocketlogger.com is actually just that . . . a datalogger.

If you have a logger, go to view, then view flow rate.

i just ordered a logger. should be here in a few days. after i get everything set up, i can just click view flow and that will tell me? im sorry if this is a stupid question, im just new to the logger stuff.

It will be fairly self explanatory when you receive it.

I presume you bought this car already modded, because I find it peculiar that you are unfamiliar with these things considering the equipment that's on your vehicle.

With an S-AFC the Datalogger will show you your airflow after the AFC has fudged it, you need to take into account your AFC settings to figure out your actual airflow.

ive been modding my car, i know whats on my car, i have just never used a logger or dsm link. never really had a need. i had my ecm reflashed for my supporting mods, then tuned with the afc. no problems. just got really curious after reading what people were flowing. what will i have to do with the afc numbers to calculate? is there a link on this?
