how do I re-wire the fuel pump?

hey there everyone, I am new to DSM's and have a '99 GST. The problem that I am having is that I keep triping a P0107 code wich is rich or lean condition. I have replaced the fuel filter, replaced both O2 sensors, performed the free air box mod, added a custom built cat-back, and my boost is running between 12-14 psi. I always use premium fuel and some times even use an octane booster. I belive it is a lean condition because one in a while at full throttle in first or second I get a little pinging. I plan on buying a larger pump, but would like to re-wire the fuel pump for now and I am wondering if anyone can walk me thru the steps?

P.S. My GReddy BOV is vented thru the intake tube!
