How do I pressure test a 1G BOV?

I think the 1G BOV that I just bought is bad. Is there a way I can see if its leaking?

Just build a intercooler pipe tester out of some rubber hosing, pvc cap, and a tire stem. You can then place it on the inlet of your turbo and pressurize your system. Any leaks will be obvious. Here is the write up on it. http://www.vfaq.com/mods/ICtester.html

ah yes I forgot about that silly little thing! I even have one built from a long time ago.

wow thats a awsome idea will that work for making sure your boost gauge is correct? by using a tire pressure meter?

all it does is pressurize your system so you can listen for leaks.

yes but if my boost gauge is off and i put a tire gauge where you fill it at it should show a different psi on the 2 gauges right?
