how do i install my turbo timer?

hey purchased a APEXI turbo timer it the really small one. i cant afford the harness to connect it straight the ecu so can someone tell me how to install this thing. i installed it using the instruction it gave me but it doesnt work. when i turn the car off and push the clutch in with the keys out of the car it trys to start but it wont! what is that! what is the turbo timer do and how does it work and how will i know if it works properly? thanks

i did it w/o the harness, its pretty easy, you just need to find the 4 wires that are going to the ignition, where the key goes. id find somebody near you to look at which one connects where, even if they have a harness, just follow the wires one by one.
