after doing a a/t - m/t conversion, my car ran perfectly for a few days, now it seems like the clutch isn't disengaging all the way and It's really hard to get my car into gear with the clutch pedal all the way to the floor, and it grinds whenever I can manage to get it into gear. (which I don't do alot because I don't want to break anything) I think it's my pedal that needs to be adjusted because I can feel pressure all the way to the floor, so I think it needs to go down a little more to fully disengage the clutch. How do I adjust it? I can't find the nut I'm supposed to tighten or loosen.

Pictures?

Also, does this even sound like a pedal problem to you guys? there is about 2 1/2 - 3 inches of freeplay

go to Jacks Transmission's website and find the video for proper clutch adjustment. it's the best help out there.
