I didn't make this mbc it was on the car when purchased, and it does not work. No matter how far you turn it either way, as far as it goes, you still get stock boost. I don't even know if it's set up in the right place, or if there's just a problem with the controller. Here are some pics if you have any ideas or know if it's hooked up wrong, I'd appreciate some help:

Where do the lines on the MBC go? I can't tell from the picture. Also, unscrew it all the way and check the spring inside. You can try replacing it with a spring from a pen
 
One should go to the nipple on wastegate. When I made my homemade MBC I connected the other end to the nipple on the lower intercooler pipe and it didn't adjust boost at all. So I capped the nipple on the pipe and teed the line into the one that goes from the BOV to the intake mani and that solved everything.
