home made hks recirc kit?

hey guys, so i bought my talon and the only after market upgrade on it was that it had a hks ssqv BOV and its not recirculated, now i dont want it to run rich, and aparently atmosphere venting when u dont have it corrected wtih a safc hurts performance, so i dont want that, and i mean the SQSSHHHH sound when u shift is cool, but id rather have my car running right. sooooooooo


my question is this, can i just atach a hose from the hardware store clamp it over the mouth of the BOV and then just route the hose back in behind the mas like where it is on a stock car.? is it anymore complicated than this or do i have to mess around with the BOV?

First off the only way to vent is with a MAF-T setup or DSMLink or AEM EMS. SAFC doesn't do anything to help venting. As far as recirculating you have to buy a kit. You screw off the nozzle and screw on a new one with a nipple on the end that you can slide a recirc. tube over. Now I'm sure you can fab. one up if you are good enough though.

How can you vent with DSMLink when all it is, is a stock maf......
