Holy Crap!....look at my spark plugs????

ok, i bought the car with these plugs in there...i just go new plugs and orderd wires...but im not puting them in yet...so i toke out the old ones to check em. and this is what i found

farthest awasy is cyl. 4 then 3-2-1.

4 and 3 look good but 2 and 1 had white powder and rust build up on them.

I've been having idle problems at low rpm and running rich. also my CEL is on.

WTF! is up with these plugs and is it normal or what?

there was white powder around the sides of where the plugs screw in..should i clean it? what do i do?

Looks like a good amount of water found its way past the spark plug boots.

yeah, i would just wait and get some new plugs. ngk's are like a 1.99 each at advanced auto
