I have looked for a while now and i cannot find any HKS Wastegate springs for the old 40MM standard wastegate... I need atleast a 20Psi spring, Does anyone know if i will be able to run 30psi with it? Because the gate has a 10psi spring in it now and even with my boost controller all the way up i only get like 15psi...

Yes, you can utilize the top port, all u need is have a tee on your existing vac hose & connect the another hose from the tee to the top port. Hook up the MBC along the hose going to the top port & your good to go. Cant really say for sure how much boost increase you'll get tho. On the side note, have you done a BLT to make sure there is no leak?
