HAHA, That is from slowboys site. Nice dude, great copy job.

Not to mention he never answered why he went with a 2.3 over a 2.4. If he were a real builder he'd speak up.

Oh wait, that was his other thread asking if he could wire a gf-maft into a 1g NA. Sorry, i can't tell one rediculous post from the other.

hey lil boy what experiance do you have with worken on your car. your car dosent look to special.

any way heres pics of my shit http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=210920 easy to back up. Dont be tellen me what i got and dont got. i spent the time on that s*it so i dont need to hear cr*p from you

HAHA, doesn't look special. Thanks, lets see yours without the slowboy rip-off. Oh wait, we can't see it.

yea changed all 4 sparkplugs your self right :tease: LOL. any way im in college to but with a job:p . any way those pics are real buddy. and you dident help me wit nuttin.

Yeah, all the spark plugs, wires, fuel injectors, ecu (twice), intake, uicp, turbo, exhaust, pump rewire, boost gauge, MBC, logger, valve cover/gaskets. None of which is that hard i'll admit, but with VERY little money, i've done well.

So yeah, i know nothing about anything thats going on with my car. And yes, i tried to help, look at my first post. I asked for a simple estimate of what you wanted from the engine. Which most could agree with is important to know so that we all understand what you want for sure out of this engine.

Do NOT ever tell me i don't know anything. I owned a 93 NA before i got my tsi awd, so im not an invalid. If you can't answer some simple questions don't bother to post. Honestly, this is just funny to me. So thanks for the laugh! ROFL

(sidenote) the caption on those pics said "these are old pics", but were all dated THE EXACT day you posted them. Hmmmm, old pics huh? sketchy.

If that is your old car and you had DSMLink then what is your username on the DSMLink Forum so that we can verify part of your story.

I could have sworn you had to know how to spell before you could get into college. Or atleast possibly be able to use the spell check? And as for people doing their own work on their cars, I did every single thing on mine. Body work, built engine, built auto tranny, etc etc etc.

As for your high compression motor, make sure you don't forget to put octane booster in your gas to suppress the knock issues with that 13:1 compression. :tease: How big of a shot are you going with? Also why are you wanting to use the turbo block because it has more oil squirters? On the higher level blocks that slowboy sells they block off some of the oil squirters. 2g's also do not have the oil squirters and do just fine. What kind of clutch are you going with? Might want to beef that up some if you are going to spray off the line, along with some good axles. Are you going direct port for the nitrous? If so you may want to mount the nozzles on the bottom side of the manifold so that people will just think you are an na with nothing. Make sure you also get a high amp battery for turning that motor over with that compression. You may also want to consider putting on a nice nitrous controller on your setup so you can go with a 2 stage setup for your traction issues. What brand are the custom pistons you got quoted on? Even if they are going to do your custom c/r, if they are a cheap brand such as topline or something of the sort you are going to have problems spraying. You may want to go with some rings that are coated for the spray, keep you from melting them.

I am surprised this thread hasn't been closed yet. Anyway, your not going to yield the same results as going with forced induction. You might get around 250HP maximum before spray. You will be needing larger fuel injectors, fuel pump, AFPR, SAFC or some other Air to Fuel controller, high octane fuel all the time. If your going to go N/A make sure you do a ton of weight reduction, if you can shave off 1000 pounds, then your car can be quick. However, at 2800-3000 pounds, your car will have issues with weight. I still say go forced induction or get a Mustang or Camaro if your going N/A LOL.

Besides all this flaming and BS the thread still wasn't posted in the correct forum anyway.
