Can adding a power flow intake and full greddy intercooler pipe kit make my car run at a higher boost level?

i don't think so. especially with the extra intercooler pipe, with a stock turbo, seems like that would just make it harder for the turbo to spool, and doesn't the bov or wastegate or whatever these have, go off at a certain psi? or that not this car? i just got a dsm, so i am not sure how they are set up. but i do know, if the intercooler pipe is to big it will slow the boost...with the stock turbo.
