EVOscan High STFT problems

I have been having funky idle problems. It is just very inconsistant. I am also getting awful gas mileage and smell gas bad, which leads me to believe i am running rich. My STFT is at 25%. I HAVE NO BOOST LEAKS! My o2 sensor doesnt seem to want to go higher that .03 volts. Can someone check out this log, car was off when i began logging. I attatched the log. I really need some assistance, I am sick of this bad gas mileage.

I am still fighting the high STFT problems. A few members have told me that my o2 sensor is probably dead. Could others confirm this as a possibility by looking at my log.

According to your logs, your O2 sensor is not working. The scale never shows a value that doesn't fluctuate. Possible that your O2 is unplug or is defective.

My o2 is plugged in, that was the first thing i checked. So must mean i have a faulty o2 sensor. This should be a solution to my high STFT right?
