I currently have an ssautochrome header and downpipe, and a 2.5" exhaust catback. How much of a difference would a highflow cat do. Is it worth the money? I also have an intake and UDP if that helps at all.

I can't comment on a 2.5" system, but I just had a high-flow cat welded onto my stock system today. It made a difference, definitely. Not a huge difference, but noticeable. It sounds better, too. My exhaust tone got a little deeper after the bigger flex pipe, and now it's even deeper still. It's a great sound. I did mine for emissions purposes, though, not performance. It was 30 bucks off ebay from a company called Eastern Catalytic.

is that a real hi flow cat or an "ebay special" "cat"? a hi flow, 2hp-5hp max

But how much of a gain would a testpipe/ebay special give? Would it be worth it to get to complete my exhaust?

You'll see a couple hp probably, and less torque. You will feel the torque loss, i did for sure. Also it will make your exhaust note a tad higher and raspier. Overall, not really worth it, but 40 bucks is not a whole lot.

Your exhaust note went higher? Mine got lower, I think it sounds really good now. I agree, though, you'll definitely feel the loss of torque. No big deal, just change the rpm where you usually shift at.
