High flow cat

I am lookin to go for a complete exhaust system. I know all of the things i need to get. This "high flow cat" I am sure isnt much of a cat at all, but what results would i get from using this instead of a real high flow cat. thats not a real cat, it is a resonator.......It looks good just in case a cop ever looks under the car . It's perfomance gains are good as it is a straight through 2.5" design....Not to mention i have one sitting in my room if ure interested (never used it decided to go with a header back exhaust straight pipes)

Resonators are not bolt on applications.

what he is saying is that it doesnt work like a catylitic converter, which I knew, but I wanted to know if it was going to make my exhaust any louder/make the car run badly/or have any other bad results.

all the things ive heard about resonators have been good. everyone says they really make the exaust sound a lot better. as for performance, you will gain some top end power but might loose some low end torque. it could give you 5hp or so.

I use to have one of those and got rid of it and got a magnaflow high flow cat instead now Im legal and i cant tell a performance difference at all

i had one of hose on my 2gnt with my header and apex dunk exhaust it souned incrediblr....it made it sound a lot more aggressive at high RPM's
