You will be able to choose fiberglass (light) or kevlar (extra money and even lighter) for the hardcore guys looking to shave every last pound
I just dabble in composites but Kevlar really is'nt lighter than FG just more impact resistant than FG and CF. Most air splitters are made up of several layers of CF and kevlar and maybe FG for a core to be cheap. If you want a more serious hardcore piece, than CF is the way to go.

to you gixxerdrew. I wish something like this could be done for a 1g (as stated by many other owners. I like the race look of like canards and a CF wing. I just wish there was some stuff I could do like that that would be asthetically pleasing w/o looking like a Fast and Furious car and getting laughed at by the whole DSM community.
