high and low throttle on S-AFC II

ok i just got my new safc 2 and i have alot of questions. i would like to know what the low and high throttle settings are on this thing. right now i have the low set to 45% and the high at 80% i did this because in another thread that is what a guy told him to do. But he had an automatic, i have a 5 speed. also why would you set these to those settings. thanks in advance for the help, all the guys i know around here dont really know how to run them or there just bitches and dont want to take the 15 minutes to explain some of the features on the safc 2.

Set them to 30 and 80

At 30% throttle and under the S-AFC will use the low throttle settings, at 80% and over it will use the High throttle settings. In between it avergaes them out.

I just installed my safc 2 and im having trouble understanding how to set the Ne points. I already read the first link provided and it says I need to set the Ne points at 1k, 2k, 3k, 4k, 4.5k, 5k, 6k, and 7k. That makes 8 Ne points and the safc has 12. My question is what do i do with the other 4 Ne points.

2.5 3.5 5.5 6.5 unless you have a need to go over the stock rev limiter, then I would move the 2.5 to 7.5
