Hesitation at WOT?Help!

When i floor it and go wide open throttle, my car will hesitate at the higher rpms for couple of seconds and then finally accelarate like its supposed to. It gets really annoying after awhile when your trying to race somebody and your car wont accelarate properly..any suggestions?

Could be alot of things....spark plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, some other things. I'd check those first. I'm having the exact same problem too. I checked the spark plugs first and they're fine. I'm planning to replace the fuel filter next. Post back when you get this fixed.

i think they call it boggy acceleration that thing happened to me before and i just replace my spark plug and spark plug wire and its gone!!!
i replace my spark plug with NGK BPR6ES and spark plug wire with magnecre i hope that helps...

thx guys ill try the spark plugs and wires..hopefully thats the only problem....and i dont think ill get that frustrated to the point of selling my car but thx for the offer
