Help !!!

So I finally got my car back after 2 months I have the clutch fly wheel timing belt and water pump changed and another t25 turbo switched I bought the turbo used but the guy said it wasn't blown and that it was still good but i drove it home yesterday n it blew tons and tons of smoke it seems like it's slowly blowing less and less is that normal or is the turbo blown or the seals gone ?

so it did this after you switch the turbo? what color is the smoke.

Yea It would throw a little before but jut went I would step on it over 6.5k rpms now it'll do it just cruzing around

And it's bluish so I thought it was oil but sometimes it's white
