help with tranny

hey guys, I have a quick question, would a 1990 fwd 5 spd tranny fit a 1993 fwd? I am just wondering if the splines are different or not. I did search but couldnt find anything specifically answering this question. Thanks.

I'm about 95% positive it will bolt up. If I'm not mistaken, spline counts differ on a transfer case, not the main spline count.

Thanks man, that's what I thought but I wasn't sure, ill take that percentage for what I'm paying for the tranny.
