Ok, I have this problem with my new turbo setup. Im running a SBR g50 with a turbonetics 38mm external wastegate mounting on the o2 housing. The wastegate has two ports on it. the top one says vacuum, the side one says boost. I have a line from the compressor housing to the wastegate with a turboxs boost controller that has the fine tune on the controller. It will either build way too much boost or no boost. also, with the lines directly open it runs 7 psi. boost leaks are fixed. the bov line is directly connected to the intake manifold. is this the correct setup? other mods are big fmic,1g bov........ pictures and diagrams would help also! Thanks alot guys

Ok thats how I have it. now, the car wont boost at all its really wierd like it wants to but vacuum stays at -1 at wot. I took off boost controller, open wastegate, doesnt matter it wont boost! turbo feels fine too

its an external wastegate btw and im gonna go mess with it some more but could timing being off cause it not to boost? Im going to check that too

No luck, the problem worsened...........it wont boost at all now :( help please im so lost
