help with exhaust rerouting/sound

So I cut my tsudo muffler off and built a custom pipe to give it that up and out look and sometimes under WOT it gives like a "rice fart/noise..etc" so im wonder why because I built it with pipes from autozone(stainless steel) soo? does anyone have any suggestions?

pipe diameter will change the sound of your car not the matierals used.

Ive got a 3" custom system I'll be putting together after finals this week, got one of those spiral flow inserts and a summit 'flowmaster' type 3" in two 3" out. Write up time.

well all I got was a 2.5 inch resonator and a 2.5 inch 45 degree angle pipe. I cut them up to how i wanted it and it changed the sound...a lot
