HELP! Which Tool To Remove This H. Bolt!!! PLEASE

Hey Guys:

I Would Like To Know What Tool Do I Need To Remove this head bolts since the (10mm allen tool said here doesn't work) i may have some weird head bolts right?

I Have Tried The 10mm allen tool (3rd Pic Above) a 13.14mm sockets.. the fit but obviously don't grip the bolt correctly. So what tool do i need to remove that head bolt. I NEED SOME URGENT HELP PLEASE!

You use a 12mm 12pt socket to remove the head bolts, the allen ones are for the 1g.
