Well...did some adjustments and log one at idle w/ isc and tB values and the test1 log are of Front o2 and fuel. How are things now?

I am confused about the stft not moving at idle as other's I have seen...

I would look into your front o2 sensor since it's not moving (should be going from .05v to .95v at idle). And for some reason your wideband sensor seems to be acting kind of funny. It should be reading 14.7 at idle. I would check into that as you may have it set up in link wrong or haven't calibrated it yet (if it needs it).

I would also do your airflow tuning before anything else:

Get your coolant temps down.

Do a boost leak test

Check base timing

Let the car idle and adjust the biss screw until iscposition reads 30.

Adjust the tpss until tpsvolts reads .63

Then post another log with all the ltft's captured.

The O2 is brand new just put it in. The wideband I am not sure why it reads 18:0 but I will look into it tomorrow for sure. I also have not did a airflow tune yet.

Get your coolant temps down. = I think the Thermostate is not opening soo enough I have a 180 in

Do a boost leak test = I hope to get this done tomorrow evening

Check base timing = did this and it is set at 5*

Let the car idle and adjust the biss screw until iscposition reads 30. I did this as well but will do it once again.

Adjust the tpss until tpsvolts reads .63 = I have done this but when tighting the screws or pushing the throttle cable in a few times is adjusts to .65 (assuming that I am not tighting the bolts as needed)

Ok I made necessary changes to the TBS within Link but once I did this it is now throwing a code saying that the TBS malfunction.....what now? Also after doing this I was curious on what it would do up the road and the car is noticeably different now with the TBS adjusted.

Yep thats the way...

Then do this.

Write down the settings you have.

Zero the settings out back to stock

See if the check engine light goes off

If it goes off, then put in the settings you wrote down

Go to the ecu/logfile dropdown and click on dtc's

Uncheck the throttle position sensor box

It does goes off once I set back to stock. I will uncheck the TBS DTC and leave it as is than. Thanks

Once I get the ISC working properly (dialed in) I will repost a log.

Also one other question about the TBS adjustment....

Raw throttle position when closed should = 0 correct, I have calculated 0.98 for "Scale" and I went ahead and rounded to 1 but once I do this the raw throttle position =1 and if I leave "Scale" at 0 I show 0 for raw throttle position.

It's TPS, we're not talking about a television station.:D

I did some searching on dsmlink forums and found a guy that would get a reading of 2 in rawthrotpos. This is what Dave (dmertz) had to say about it "The RawThrotPos value of 2 corresponds to 0.04V. That suggests an open connection to or in the TPS."

I'm guessing this is why the cel came on.
