help! T25 to 16g, supporting mods?

Mods on my G2 are 3" turboback, MBC, HKS BOV only. Is 550cc injectors, upgraded fuel pump enough for the 16g upgrade? How much boost can I run? Can I use the stock 2g exhaust mani & SMIC? Thanks!

It depends how much boost you want to run, And how quickly you could max out the 550's.

The stock 2g manifold is good, Port it out and it will be even better.
You can use the stock smic but if you run to much boost, It will heatsoak. You'll need a bigger intercooler to run high boost levels.

How much boost can I run?

I have a 1g so i think boost levels stock are different. Stock I believe for my car is 10 or 11. I personally run 15psi and that is with a stock fuel system, And I do not experience fuel cut, Yet.

many people in ur situation would go with 650's/660's, afc to control the larger injectors, and 190 lph fuel pump which should be enough for the 16g. The SMIC would be fine along with a ported 2g exhaust manifold and 02 housing.

550's are fine, but I'd keep it on the pump and boost under 20.

You'll be fine on 550's with a SAFC and a sidemount....DO NOT exceed 15psi WITHOUT a upgraded fuel pump,.....O saw your getting that too.

Port the crap out of your manifold AND o2 sensor housing. You'll be ok.
