Help sputtering

Hey guys, i was driving about 90 miles straight to the track and i downshift to third and my rpms are at 5000. I gun it and it barely moves and i get a slight sputter but my rpms aint moving. I think i might need bigger spark plug wires idk what can this be, also in the cold or in the morning it dont do it. Can it be lack of gas.

Check your spark plugs first, could be as simple as you need new plugs.

Im all stock, ia have new plugs and wires(oem).

What did you gap your plugs to?

I gaped them to 28 degrees.
